A concert where these words perfectly describe the time and destiny of the eighth wonder of the world: the incomparable Queen of Scots. The concert, which celebrates the Queen of Three Kingdom's imminent 440th anniversary, also gives a nod to this year's 400th anniversary of the composer John Dowland (1563-1626).
