Description:
Tonight at Ford's Theatre, President Abraham Lincoln will be assassinated. John Wilkes Booth pulls the trigger while his brother, Edwin – the most celebrated actor of his generation – must live with the consequences. Guided by PT Barnum as ringmaster and accompanied by his live band, audiences enter a circus of memory. Inside, history and spectacle collide as the Booth brothers' lives unfold against the backdrop of civil war. Created by an international team from Cirque du Soleil, Ringling Brothers, and Oxford, Cambridge, and Brown Universities.
