3..2..1. is a SaltShake original show format where four artists create a 3, 2 and 1 minute continuation of their own story to be told in a 3, 2 and 1 minute act. A celebration of short narrative works, 3..2..1 encourages artists to fail forward in answering; How much time is really needed to tell an engaging story? The result? A 30-minute live performance of narrative vignettes featuring our resident artists from Seattle, WA, as well as international artists performing at Edinburgh Fringe 2026.
