Description:
Part of the Fringe Central Events Programme for Fringe participants. How should the existence of failure be recognised in cultural policy? Are funders and policymakers open to the possibility of failure? Can you be honest about failure if you receive funding? As part of an ongoing research examining the policies and projects that have attempted to increase cultural participation over the last twenty years, participants at this interactive discussion will be invited to discuss and debate the role of failure in cultural participation.
