Description:
'My life is a river. It floods with grief.' After her father's assassination, Electra is gripped by the desire for revenge. Malvern Theatres Young Company exquisitely harness the power of Greek drama to address this monumental sorrow. Following last year’s five-star production of Dylan Thomas’s Under Milk Wood, director Nic Lloyd brings this 'strong and capable ensemble' (EdinburghGuide.com) back to Edinburgh. As they did with Antigone in 2018, Malvern Theatres Young Company promise to wow Fringe audiences with this visceral and arresting production of Sophocles’ tragedy.
