Description:
The Scots Musical Museum, an enormous pop-song survey produced by enterprising publisher James Johnson with Robert Burns, who, enlisted as editor, became crazed with compiling, fixing up, and contributing to the musical fabric of a nation, with musical guidance from Stephen Clarke. We perform only a tankard-throw (coggie) or so, from where this work was completed. Nils Brown, international tenor in Baroque, classical and Celtic styles, shantyman on numerous mega-hit video games (AC4 Black Flag), has studied this edition for many years. Ronnie O'Byrne World Champion reciter.
